The Unity Church of Port Townsend offers an online prayer request form. Requests sent through the form go directly to the Phoenix Prayer Circle team leaders and will be treated in exactly the same way as any other prayer request submissions.

Prayer works. We, at Unity, have long known that and recent scientific evidence supports it too. You may use this form to submit a prayer request to the Unity Church of Phoenix Prayer Circle. Your request will be handled with respect and reverence, just as if it were submitted through the prayer request box at service or through a personal request.

The Phoenix Prayer Circle will pray over your request for a week, then send it on to Silent Unity, where it will receive an additional month of prayer treatment.
