Prayer Request Form

Prayer works. We, at Unity, have long known that and recent scientific evidence supports it too. You may use this form to submit a prayer request to the Unity Church of Port Townsend Phoenix Prayer Circle. Your request will be handled with respect and reverence, just as if it were submitted through the prayer request box at service or through a personal request.

The Phoenix Prayer Circle will pray over your request for a week, then send it on to Silent Unity, where it will receive an additional month of prayer treatment.

If you want a response from the prayer team, please fill in the name and either the email or phone fields on the form below. If you simply want to send a request, fill in the Prayer Request field and your prayer request will remain totally anonymous.
