Adjunct Associate Minister
Greetings, I’m Rev. Dr. Robert A. Ferrell—transpersonal psychologist, minister, and spiritual director. My work emerges from the contemplative and perennial traditions, shaped by decades of practice, scholarship, and service across diverse spiritual and academic communities. I accompany others on the path of inner transformation, honoring each person’s journey with compassion, presence, and respect for their unique spirituality.
My vocational life is rooted in the integration of psychology, contemplative practice, and spiritual intelligence. I support seekers in cultivating a more holistic, embodied life—one that honors relational wholeness, emotional maturity, and the sacred in all things. My interests span neuropsychology, nonviolence, interfaith engagement, leadership development, and the evolution of spiritual consciousness.
I’ve served in Presbyterian, Methodist, and Unity communities, participated in Richard Rohr’s Living School, and currently serve on the board of the Huntsville Interfaith Mission Service while volunteering with One Spirit Interfaith Seminary. Through Contemplative Interbeing, I offer teaching, spiritual guidance, and a space of refuge for those called to deep presence, reflection, and compassionate action.
You’re welcome to connect with me through our website, daily newsletter, or live gatherings. May your journey unfold with clarity and grace.
